1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TBX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TBX is an event management platform that allows users to create and manage events, attendees, speakers, and communications. The platform integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail for email delivery.

3. Google Gmail Integration

Authorization

When you connect your Gmail account, you grant TBX permission to:

• Send emails from your Gmail address on your behalf
• Read your email address and basic profile information

Scope of Access

• TBX requests only the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope.
• We do not access, read, modify, or delete any of your existing emails.

Your Responsibility

• You are responsible for emails sent through TBX using your Gmail credentials.
• You must not use the Gmail integration to send spam, phishing, or any content that violates Google's Terms of Service or applicable law.
• Ensure your Gmail account is in good standing before connecting it to TBX.

Revocation

• You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time via TBX settings or Google Account permissions.
• Disconnecting will immediately stop TBX from sending emails via your Gmail account.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Each Gmail email address may only be linked to one TBX profile. Attempting to link an already-linked email to another account will be rejected.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account or authorize others to use your OAuth credentials.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TBX to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Circumvent security measures or access controls

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

TBX is not liable for:

• Emails sent via your connected Gmail account
• Actions taken by third parties with improperly disclosed credentials
• Disruptions to Google API services outside our control

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
